Dentale, who has just shy of $2 million in career tournament earnings including a victory in the 2017 Stake me to play Poker Tour Venetian main event for $185,061, is probably most well-known for his grudge match against poker pro Cate Hall in 2017.
The two got into a heated argument on Twitter regarding Hall’s skill level after she played an infamous pot against Barry Hutter in the WPT Five Diamond Poker Classic. Dentale and Hall agreed to battle in a best-of-three heads-up match for $15,000. Hall won the match 2-0.
